Good news for scooter lovers! Hero MotoCorp officially confirmed that the company will be coming up with at least two new scooters by next month. Hero MotoCorp’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Ravi Sud told news agency PTI , “We will be launching two new scooters in the next two months leading up to the festive season”. Even though Mr. Sud didn’t share more details of the upcoming scooters and so the names couldn’t be confirmed for the time. But the previous speculations from the reports say Hero Dash 110 and Hero Dare 125 are the scooters most likely to be launched the Indian motorcycle manufacturer.

Both Dash and Dare will be all new products in the Indian market. Dash runs on an 111cc engine that delivers a peak power of 8.4bhp and 9.4Nm of torque. Dash 110 is equipped with a bunch   of features to attract Indian buyers, including 12″ front wheel and 300 mm telescopic hydraulic suspension, LED rear tail lights, a single adjustable hydraulic shock absorber at the rear, key operated external Fuel lid, a service due indicator, side stand indicator, mobile charging socket, a digital-cum-analog meter console, dual tone mirrors, a large and illuminated under seat storage space, integrated braking system and tubeless tires. The other scooter is the Hero Dare which is a 125cc scooter that will fight against famous Honda Activa 125 in the market. Dare being a 125cc scooter deliver slightly more power than the Dash. Its 125cc motor produces 9.38bhp of power and 9.8Nm of torque.  Both of the new scooters look promising but only once they are launched in the market can we tell how good they really are.
