Nowadays, when electricity mobility is developing in India, the Japanese automaker - Honda has seen spied testing electric Jazz in the country. The car manufacturer has yet not revealed the electrification plans, however, the flap of charging port over the Honda Jazz EV confirms the electric motor presence under the hood. Technical details are yet not known, but it is expected that electric motor will give a range of 300km.
As the vehicle spied doing the rounds in Delhi, it has been observed that rear section of electric Jazz will receive a pair of small wraparound units despite the regular LED taillamps. In addition, the styling, as well as design, of the Jazz EV is identical to Honda Fit EV. The compact SUV gets sporty alloy wheels and big spoiler extending on the rear windshield’ sides.
The Honda Jazz EV is expected to be launched back in May, and the carmaker has confirmed the Urban EV’ production with ‘e’ Moniker. The Jazz EV is going to be the first all-electric vehicle from Honda and it will be available for sale in Europe next year.
The brand has promised that it will bring the electric cars in India, however, this will take some time at least till 2023-24. Though, the fact is that the company is found testing the Honda Jazz electric is evidence that there will be more to the same.

Similarly, Hyundai has launched the Kona Electric by making it first all-electric SUV in India with a competitive price of INR 25.30 lakh and it will retail at the same price in all countries as well.
