Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd has started the ‘IDEMITSU Honda India Talent Hunt’ that offers the budding riders a platform to explore opportunities in Indian and international motorcycle racing. This talent hunt will identify 20 iconic riders from across 10 Indian cities and all of them will be given special training at the Honda Ten10 Racing Academy.
The IDEMITSU Honda India Talent Hunt has been kicked off from Bengaluru and the selection team will further travel to other cities like Chennai, Hyderabad, Bhubaneshwar, Aizwal (Mizoram), Delhi NCR, Bhopal, Vadodara, Pune and Coimbatore. The eminent jury members include Mr. Prabhu Nagaraj, Vice President- Brand & Communication, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, Mr. Koji Takahashi, Deputy Director- Brand & Communication, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, Mr Yusuke Teshima, Director- T Pro Innovations Japan (Ex- MotoGP rider) and Mr. Ramji Govindrajan, Director- Ten10 Racing.

The talent hunt team will select the riders who have the mettle and passion to create a name in motorcycle racing. They will be given professional training at the Honda Ten10 Racing Academy. Also, they will get an opportunity to compete with each other in the CBR 150R Novice category in the subsequent rounds of IDEMITSU Honda Talent Cup 2018.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Prabhu Nagaraj, Vice President – Brand & Communication, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. said, the IDEMITSU Honda India Talent Hunt is a part of the company’s new motorsports direction and building a structure to develop young talent. With a dream to represent India in the world Grand Prix Racing, this platform is the beginning of a clear development path and structured approach to nurture riders from a young age.
