Just now new patent based rendering sketch of the Honda’s new design 150cc motorcycle is leaked over the internet and at the same time Honda has trademarked CBX name for the motorcycle that might be launched in future from Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India. From the image it is clear that the motorcycle is a ripped version of Honda Unicorn. The round headlight and the body style do remind of the old-school Pulsars a bit.

It is clear that the bike will not be equipped with monoshock at the rear as double-sided spring suspension sits on its place.  With the use of parts like cheaper split grab rails, the double sided suspension along with same taillights and rear mudguard Honda might be able to launch this bike in a very sensible price bracket, as it will help Honda to mark their strong presence in the 150cc as CB unicorn is already doing well and if Honda launches the CBX at a good price they might just end up being the king of 150cc segment. From the sketch CBX does look muscular enough for a 150cc and round headlight compliments its looks quite well. We would love to see this bike with spoke wheels instead of alloys on it. When launched it might go head to head against Suzuki’s Gixxer 150.
