Ever heard of a person named Elon Musk? Well, apart from being famous as the CEO of Tesla Motors - the largest and well known electric Supercar manufacturer, he is also known as the real life Iron Man, a man who has taken technology to another level. During a tech conference recently, Elon Musk went a step ahead and declared that the human driving will be eventually banned.

Elon Musk has been known to promise and project out of the proportion things in the past and this year's NVIDIA GPU conference was no different. At the conference, Elon Musk said that in the near future, human driving will be banned as the human driving is "too dangerous" and autonomous driving will become the norm.

While the autonomous driving system will be ready within a year, it will take another 20 years for such system to overtake the human driving to a large number followed by banning of human driving eventually according to Musk. He also insisted that autonomous driving is going "to be the default thing and it's going to save a lot of lives."

Facing controversy after his statement, Elon Musk cleared on Twitter that "strongly in favor of people being allowed to drive their cars and always will be." And as a final note at the NVIDIA GPU conference, Elon Musk told the audience that he always drives his Tesla Model S P85D in "insane mode."
