AutoExpo India will certainly be a big time bash this year. The announcement of several new car models and concepts have already pumped the enthusiasm among car fanatics and now the Hyosung, motorcycle maker, has revealed its plans to participate for the first time in the coming mega auto show.

“We at DSK Hyosung are very excited about being a part of the Auto Expo 2014, as this will be our first ever participation at this mega event. We are gearing up to launch the all new, adrenaline pumping cruiser bike, which will be the first of its kind in its segment and is all set to revolutionize biking in India with its gorgeous looks and superlative ride experience. Apart from that we will also showcase two of our future bikes that will give a glimpse into the brand’s vision in terms of superior design, engineering and technological advancement”, said Mr. Shirish Kulkarni, Chairman DSK Motowheels Pvt. Ltd

However, Mr. Shirish has not disclosed the identity of upcoming models, but a 250cc cruiser bike, likely to be christened as GV250 Aquila Pro, will certainly be that revolutionary model that he suggested. Alongwith the cruiser ride, Hyosung is anticipated to debut the GD250 N naked bike at Expo.

The meaner GD250 N is powered by a 250cc single-cylinder engine that generates 28 BHP power and 24 Nm of torque delivered to the rear wheel through a six-speed manual transmission. The GD250 N will compete with the likes of KTM Duke 200 as the model is supposed to be priced around 1.75 lakhs after its local assembling here in India. The GD 250 N and GV 250 Aquila Pro are likely to start their innings in the Indian market around the month of April, 2014. The Korean moto-maker presently offers seven models under Cruiser, Naked and Sports genres of motorcycles through a chain of around 20 dealers in the country.
