Country's second largest carmaker Hyundai Motor India Limited has received a great response for its newly launched model Grand i10 with over 33,000 units sold within 90 days of its launch. With such an overwhelming response Hyundai Grand i10 has entered the charts of top 5 selling car brands in India.
According to Hyundai, after the launch of Grand in India, the company has experienced over 1,24,000 footfalls at its dealerships across the country, and most dealerships are receiving multiple enquiries and test drive requests. And over 1.65 lakh test drives have already been facilitated to customers across the nation.

What has helped the Grand i10 garner such an overwhelming response is its availability in diesel engine option and a refreshing design it carries. While the petrol model sports the 1.2-litre Kappa2 mill that is also found under the i20, the diesel version derives its power from the new 2nd generation U2 CRDi diesel motor. The diesel powered version's fuel efficiency of 24kmpl and low NVH level are the other two factors go in favour of this vehicle.
