The lithium-ion battery pack can be charged up to 80 per cent in less than an hour (54 minutes) through a 100kW DC fast charger. It takes around 6 hours and 10 minutes when charged through a standard AC charger. Knowing that electric vehicles are not very popular in India, Hyundai is targeting monthly sales of just 60 units initially.
