Hyundai has showcased the Le Fil Rouge concept at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show and this concept coupe previews the South Korean auto manufacturer’s futuristic design language. The concept coupe looks absolutely gorgeous and it appears that the car has taken design inspiration from the Aston Martin models. According to the designers of the car, it comes reflecting a sensuous sportiness and it also bears the brand’s legacy of producing some extraordinary car designs.
Up front, the coupe concept gets a bold front grille that shows the hint taken from the automaker’s current cascading grilles, while the sleek LED headlamps add further style. It gets a long and smooth looking bonnet, while at side profile, the large and bold looking wheels sit under muscular and flared wheel arches. The roofline and the glass area along with the entire side profile have been designed to give the car aerodynamic efficiency.
At the back, it gets LED taillights and a lip spoiler. So far, the car appears very stylish and suave from every angle. Hyundai calls the frame of this model Light Architecture. Not only exterior, inside the cabin it gets a wide range of high-end luxurious features and a sporty styling as well. The scissor doors ensure a wider and spacious area for the occupants to get in and out of the car.
Hyundai is keen to grab a strong spot in the world EV market in coming years and if this model is produced, it could play a crucial role in the strategy. Apart from a strong electric powertrain, the Le Fil Rouge concept derived coupe would get an impressive long running range as well.
