Hyundai Venue was recently launched in the capital with prices starting from Rs 6.50 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Hyundai has received 17,000 bookings for the Venue in its pre-bookings phase and over 80,000 enquiries to purchase the car. Hyundai Venue is launched only in India as of now and the global launches of the SUV will take place later this year. Indian buyers have also shown overwhelming interest in the car. All thanks to its price range and a number of segment first features.
Hyundai in an official communication confirmed that its dealerships are witnessing highest-ever traction and enquiries for the Hyundai Venue. What adds to the customers' curiosity in the Venue is its advanced cabin that has thirty-three connected car features out of which ten features are exclusive for the young and progressive Indian buyers. Hyundai Venue is equipped with Hyundai BlueLink Connected Car Technology. Venue is being offered in five variants - E, S, SX, SX Dual Tone and SX (O).

Hyundai Venue is available in the following engine options - a naturally aspirated 1.2-litre petrol mated to a 5-speed manual transmission capable of producing 82 bhp of peak power at 6000 rpm and 115 Nm of peak torque at 4000 rpm, the diesel is a 1.4-litre turbo U2 CRDi engine that belts out 89 bhp of peak power and 220 Nm of peak torque, the engine is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. The South Korean auto giant is also offering a 1.0-litre three-cylinder T-GDi petrol engine. This engine is available in two gearbox options to choose from - a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed dual-clutch auto transmission (DCT), this one here is a segment first feature. The 1.0-litre petrol engine is capable of making 118 bhp of peak power and 172 Nm of peak torque.
Buyers can choose from ten paint schemes offered with the Hyundai Venue, namely - Typhoon Silver, Lava Orange, Fiery Red, Polar White, Denim Blue, Stardust and Deep Orange. Venue has got dual tone paint schemes as well which are only available in the SX trims - Denim Blue with Polar White Roof, Polar White with Phantom Black Roof and Lava Orange with Phantom Black Roof. Venue is Hyundai's first product in the sub-4 meter category and the enthusiastic response of buyers towards the SUV can make it the segment's top-selling SUV.
