Suzuki has officially unveiled the fourth generation Jimny and it looks very much attractive compared to the predecessor. As it appears, the new Suzuki Jimny draws inspiration from Mercedes-Benz G-Class. The restyling has been applied inside out to give the new Jimny a contemporary and more aggressive look.
The new Suzuki Jimny comes with vertically slated black front grille flanked by round shaped large headlamps. The front bumper gets an all-black look and neatly positioned fog lamps at both ends. The small SUV comes with an impressively high ground clearance visible from the front end as well. The skid plate too is blackened out blending perfectly with the bumper and underbody. It also gets new wheels, refreshed side profile design, while the rear sports bumper integrated taillights.
Inside the cabin, the fourth generation Suzuki Jimny boasts a completely revised and stylish look. It gets a new three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, dual-pod instrument cluster and a touchscreen infotainment system at centre console with large display. Also, the black theme inside the cabin adds zing to the new Jimny.
The new Suzuki Jimny’s design clearly indicates towards its 4x4 character. Suzuki is yet to confirm the details about the car’s India launch, but we can expect it to arrive here sometime by the end of this decade and it will be a perfect replacement of the aging Maruti Suzuki Gypsy.
