Indian Motorcycle is all set to launch a new bike in the Indian market on November 24th at the upcoming India Bike Week in Goa. The American bike maker showcased the new Scout Bobber for the first time a few months back and now the same will be making way to our market. The bike, as the name suggests, comes under the Scout series of motorcycles. Currently, there are two Scout motorcycles in the country and with the launch of the Scout Bobber, Indian Motorcycle will have a total of three Scout bikes.
The Scout Bobber is a dark-themed bike that gets a minimal street design and a few chrome bits. It gets a different headlamp, chopped off tail section, bar-end mirrors, fully blacked out exhaust along with other dark scheme parts, and different alloys shod to knobby tires.
The bike utilizes a 1131cc twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that delivers 99bhp of a maximum power and 97.7Nm of peak torque. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed transmission. The Scout Bobber is expected to get a few mechanical updates as well.
Since it will be premium than the standard Scout and Scout Sixty, it will be priced a bit on the higher side. Expect the bike to be priced between Rs 14 lakh to Rs 16 lakh. Stay tuned for full updates on the upcoming India Bike Week.
