Indian Motorcycles to launch two motorcycles on 7th may 2015 here in India

Snapshot: Great news for Indian Motorcycles fans, the company is all set to launch their two new products the Roadmaster and Dark Horse here in the India on 7th this month.

It is official that all-new Indian Roadmaster, brand’s super luxury touring motorcycle and Dark Horse, a cruiser motorcycle based on Chief platform will be launched on 7th of this month. With the launch of these two new products, the company will have four motorcycles in the Indian market - Scout, Chief (Classic & Vintage), Chieftain and Roadmaster. Indian Motorcycle’s official website states that "Building upon the iconic Roadmaster name used by Indian in the 1940s, the new Roadmaster reimagines Indian Motorcycle comfort, styling and performance out on the open road, for the long haul." The Roadmaster comes loaded with a bunch of features like push-button start/stop, heated seat, heated grips, all LED lights, remote locking saddlebags, power windshield and adjustable floorboards. It is powered with the thunder stroke III engine that is 49 degree, air-cooled V-twin engine that delivers an incredible 119 ft-lbs of torque and is mated to a 6-speed overdrive transmission.

While the dark horse is a cruiser built up on the chief platform. “The Indian Chief Dark Horse is unlike anything else currently available from Indian Motorcycle. While it shares the best traits with other models in the Chief platform, its signature matte black paint and minimalist profile give it an attitude unlike any other Indian motorcycle. We’re excited to unveil this new bike at an aggressive price point for a full-size cruiser.” said Indian Motorcycle Sr. Product Manager, Ben Lindaman. The premium offering from a premium brand like Indian, the Dark Horse Dark Horse retains features such as ABS, a remote key fob for keyless ignition, electronic cruise control, and a two-year unlimited mileage factory warranty.
