Armored vehicles are the talk of the town now-a-days ever since Mr. Barack Obama, President of U.S has visited India. His personal carrier, an armored Cadillac, known as 'The Beast' has created much of of the ripples in the market. Adding to the list of armored cars, Inkas Armored Vehicle Manufacturing have revealed their updated Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG project.
Ontario-based Inkas has recently unveiled its updated G63 AMG model which is extended upto 1 metre from the middle. To give the car strength against any attack, the armored G63 gets an electroluminescent bulletproof glass and an armored passenger compartment providing protection against 7.62mm, 308 Winchester FMJ ammunition (according to NIJ Standard 0108.01 Level 3 and/or CEN 1063 Level B6).
As if this was not enough, the floors can withstand blasts and shrapnels from detonation of two DM51 grenades. Wearing a matte black look, the G63 gets additional cameras providing perimeter surveillance along with custom lights and side blinkers suitable for a vehicle of this type. The G-Class being an old-school off-roader has been the choice for many many aftermarket specialists for customization.
On the interior, the G63 get captain-style heated & cooled seats with massaging function and wrapped around in exotic leather sourced from Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Aston Martin. A satellite TV system, refrigerator, LED lighting system and an indoor exhaust system which will recirculate the air inside the cabin in less than one minute are included.
Inkas has also created a special drawer to store a special edition Leonardo da Vinci Montblanc pen while in case of an emergency there is a speed-pistol holder on the front panel.
