Isuzu Motors India has undergone some key management changes in the country. Mr. Naohiro Yamaguchi, who previously worked as the General Manager, LCV Sales Project Dept. at Isuzu Japan will take over as the Managing Director of Isuzu Motors India, while Mr. Hiroyasu Miura, who worked as the Executive Officer and Executive in-charge of the Manufacturing Engineering Planning Dept, Vehicle Manufacturing and New Business Development at Isuzu Japan, will now join as the Chairman of Isuzu Motors India.
In their capacity, Mr. Naohiro Yamaguchi will be responsible for the overall operations of the company. In his previous role, Mr. Yamaguchi looked after the overseas sales operations and business development at Isuzu Motors in Japan, Thailand and Europe. He also served as the key members to set up the India project in the team at Isuzu, Japan.
Mr. Naohiro Yamaguchi, Managing Director, IMI, said, “It is indeed a very interesting role that I assume in India. I thank Mr Kikuchi for paving the way for growth and ensuring the set-up of IMI, thus far. I also look forward to taking the same further to establishing the strong brand of Isuzu in India.”
Mr. Hiroyasu Miura will be responsible for product engineering & development. He comes with a vast experience with a specialty in the vehicle production and quality control in Japan & Thailand with a global approach. Mr. Miura's intensive experience will help Isuzu to focus towards standards in Production and Quality Control.
