Jaguar Land Rover now goes online with its new booking portal in India. The new platform would allow the prospective buyers to book cars online by paying a deposit money anytime. It also provides users the advantage of requesting a test drive or a quotation. The existing customers can also exchange their car while buying a new JLR vehicle. The portal also offers a car financing section from where the customer can check the EMIs, down payment amounts and the loan tenure.

Right now JLR has structured to different portals for the Jaguar and Land Rover.  Those who are interested in Land Rover vehicles can visit www.findmeasuv.in and Jaguar customers can visit www.findmeacar.in. Once you have chosen the car, loan tenure and EMI option, you will need to fill up a form, you will then get an OTP on your phone which can be used to login and keep a track on the booking status.

Through this portal Jaguar have opened booking for the XE, XJ and all new Jaguar XF models. Whereas Land Rover has opened booking for the Discovery Sport and Range Rover Evoque. Incidentally the website doesn’t have the Jaguar F- type listed. So one can assume that if you are a prospective buyer of the F- type then you need to visit your nearest JLR showroom.

In addition, Jaguar has also launched the XF sedan 2016 with the price starting from 49.5 lakhs. It is available in three trims named Pure, Prestige and portfolio. The XF is the first Jaguar in India which boasts an Ingenium diesel engine. The engine is a 2-liter, 4 cylinder turbocharged unit that churns out 177 BHP and 430 Nm of torque. The engine is further connected with an 8 speed automatic gearbox which sends all the power to the rear wheels. The XF is also available in a petrol avatar with a 2-liter, 4 cylinder petrol engine. The petrol engine churns out 237 BHP and 340 Nm of torque. The petrol variant also features an 8 speed transmission and a rear wheel drive system.

By taking the initiative of online booking JLR has gained a pole position in the Indian premium auto space. This online portal is live now and is available for the customers which should help the brand to increase its declining sales figure.
