“With the Jaguar XE SV Project 8, our aim is to definitively prove that it is the fastest four-door saloon in the world by setting records at several tracks around the globe under different climatic conditions and surfaces. We are thrilled to have the car in the UAE and felt it is important that the Dubai Autodrome, which is a world renowned great circuit, added to the list of records set by this powerful car. This Dubai Autodrome lap record is another powerful demonstration of the Jaguar XE SV Project 8’s high performance credentials.” Jaguar XE SV Project 8 is powered by the 5.0L supercharged V8 engine which delivers a top power output of 594bhp while doing a 0-100kmph sprint in merely 3.7 seconds before topping out at 320kmph.
