Jaguar Land Rover India launched the Jaguar XJ50 at a sticker price of Rs 1.11 crore in India. The new XJ50 is a special edition model launched to celebrate 50 years of presence of the model with its trademark performance, technology and luxury. Jaguar XJ has been the choice of business leaders, politicians, celebrities and royalty for five decades. Bookings for the XJ50 special edition are open now.

Exterior wise, the car gets chrome grille along with chrome surrounds, Autobiography-style front and rear bumpers, new 19-inch alloy wheels and a unique badging on the side vents and rear. The XJ50 will be available in 4 exterior colours - Fuji White, Loire Blue, Santorini Black and Rosello Red. On the inside, the car will welcome you with soft-grain diamond-quilted seats, an embossed leaper on the headrests along with XJ50 logo on the front centre armrest. The anniversary edition has been distinguished from the regular one through features like XJ50-badged illuminated treadplates, anodized paddle shifters, metal pedals and unique intaglio branding.
Under the bonnet, the XJ50 comes packed with a 3.0-litre turbocharged diesel engine that makes 302 bhp of maximum power with 689 Nm of top torque. It can do 0 to 100 kmph in just 6.2 seconds before ticking electronically limited top speed of 250 kmph.
