Kawasaki has propelled the new range of Ninja superbikes in India. The 2017 Ninja range incorporates H2 and H2R and the limited edition Ninja H2 Carbon version. The Kawasaki Ninja H2 gets a premium price tag of Rs 33.30 lakh, while the Kawasaki Ninja H2R comes for an exorbitant price tag of Rs 69.80 lakh. Whereas Kawasaki limited edition Ninja H2 Carbon comes at Rs 39.80 lakh ex-showroom, New Delhi.
The Ninja H2 comes with a 998cc liquid-cooled four-cylinder engine that can churn out massive 207bhp of power and maximum torque of 133.5 Nm, the Ninja H2R gets the same engine with different state of tuning and it makes 321bhp of power and 165Nm of peak torque. The limited edition Ninja H2 Carbon, highlights a carbon-fiber upper cowl, and it will be accessible just in 120 units in India and every bike will get a serial number stamped on the supercharger plate on the right half of the motor.
For the new 2017 edition, both the Ninja H2 and H2R receive Kawasaki's brilliant electronics package that includes the IMU, updated and better Kawasaki Traction Control and ABS. Other updates like Ohlins TTX rear shock, revised exhaust system , quick shifter for seamless downshifts and lean angle display.
To distinguish the Ninja H2 Carbon, another variety of Kawasaki's silver-reflect paint has been utilized that features a matte element. This new paint is indistinguishable to that utilized on the shut course Ninja H2R.
