We will not deny, the utter science fiction drool level of gorgeousness, Kawasaki has designed the H2R twins designed with, have us fallen left right and centre for them. Team Green has taken the world with a storm, with supercharged 990cc in line engine producing out of the world outputs, the H2R track only monster demon produces 296bhp while its road legal sibling produces a comparatively sane 207bhp (if you can call 207bhp on a motorcycle you can ride on road legally as anywhere close to sensible and sane, that is).
EICMA 2014 gave us the Ninja H2, and like all the hard wired totally mad about motorcycles motorcyclists around the world, we have been waiting desperately for the announcement of the arrival of this 207bhp Hyperbike from the team green to Indian Roads. Now, the wait is over people, for Kawasaki has started taking booking for this monster for India. We all know that India in particular has been one of the top priority markets in Kawasaki’s radar since the last year. And now, dealer-level sources of Kawasaki India have confirmed the prices for the Ninja H2.
The road-legal Ninja H2 would be launched in India for a price of Rs 32.8 lakh (on-road, Maharashtra). For the same, Kawasaki India has already started taking 10 lakh as a booking deposit from interested buyers in the country. But here’s the catch: Only 5 bikes have been initially allocated and 4 have already been booked, and this would mean, you got to rush to Kawasaki India if you want to have a chance in getting the remaining (for time being) 5th one. We expect the deliveries of the bikes to begin around March 2015 along with the display bikes in the country.
