The Japanese motorcycle manufacturer has added other 2016 models to the grid. Kawasaki has unveiled two new models of the Vulcan S including a Vulcan S ABS Café and Vulcan SE Special Edition unveiled recently at the AIMExpo in Florida, USA.
The Japanese motorcycle maker has showcased couple of 2016 models till date including a new ZX-10R which received a significant overhaul, Matrix Camo Grey KLR650 and the blacked out 2016 ZX-14R that comes equipped with Brembo brakes and stainless steel lines along with a new LCD dash. Talking about the new Vulcan S café, it gets a noticeable dark tinted windshield at the front, and is offered in a new three-tone paint scheme on the tank comprising of Matte Carbon Gray and Black and a Candy Lime Green stripe.
Mechanically speaking, the Vulcan S café derives its power from the same 649cc parallel twin-cylinder engine that delivers 61bhp of power and 62Nm of peak torque. Vulcan S Café is equipped with ABS as a standard fitment and it is priced almost $600 more than the standard model. It retails at $7999, equivalent to INR 5.18 lakh rupees in the US market.
Apart from the Vulcan S Café, Kawasaki has also revealed the SE Special Edition model of the Vulcan S that utilizes a new two-tone paint job comprising of Metallic Imperial Blue and Metallic Spark Black. It is priced at the same price at the standard Vulcan S which is $7399 (INR 4.79 lakhs) and is also equipped with ABS as a standard fitment on it.
