The Indian subsidiary of the iconic Japanese motorcycle making brand, Kawasaki has recently launched a limited edition paint scheme for it famous Z900 street-naked motorcycle. The new limited edition paint scheme will be offered in two different colors including black and green colors.
The Kawasaki Z900 received an outstanding response from the Indian motorcycle market for being an extremely competitive product in its segment and now its limited edition paint scheme will further strengthen its sales in India. Since festive season is knocking on the doors, the overall motorcycle sales automatically boost up at this time of the year and not just Kawasaki but many other automakers are preparing to lure more customers by introducing limited edition or special edition versions of their products.
Speaking on the new arrival Yutaka Yamashita, Managing Director of India Kawasaki Motors, said “Our Z900 received a very positive response. The bike gets powered by 948cc, inline-four cylinder, liquid cooled engine that churns out blistering 123bhp of maximum power at 9500rpm and 98.6Nm of peak torque at 7700rpm. The Kawasaki Z900 standard is priced at Rs 7.68 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and at this price it competes against the Triumph Street Triple and the Ducati Monster 797.
