KTM has been hosting ‘Orange Day’ events since the time the Austrian brand launched KTM Duke 200 in India, back in 2012. The Austrian superbike maker recently hosted another Orange Day in Delhi NCR region held at Wonder Speedway behind Great India Place Mall in Noida on 26th September. The event kick started at 4.30pm in the evening and it was organised specially for KTM 200 Duke and RC owners.
As 390 Duke and RC might be too brutal to race on congested tracks like this, this Orange Day’s racing included only the 200cc machines. For 390 Duke and RC, KTM organises a special track day on Buddh International Circuit, Greater Noida. Anyways, we were discussing about the Orange Day, riders interested in racing have to register using application forms and for those without the proper riding kit, all of the necessary safety gears are issued at the event itself. No rider is permitted to take part in the racing without a proper riding gear that includes a Helmet, Jacket, Knee Guards, Gloves and Boots. After the racing, the event was followed by an enthralling Stunt Show.
One of the most famous stunting teams, Team Everlast was there to thrill KTM fans with their mind blowing stunting skills. From Wheelies to Rolling Stoppies, Team Everlast held fans attention till the end. Apart from Team Evertlast, KTM also invited their one of the most experienced off-road rider, Rustom Kesri Patel as a riding instructor to teach basic track riding skills to the new riders participating in the Orange Day for the first time.
