And yet another Lamborghini goes into flames! 2014 was not a good year for Supercars, considering the number of accidents and fires they suffered in countries like China and America. While we thought that 2015 will be a good year for these highly desirable and costly Supercars, we were wrong in setting a pre-notion among us. In a recent such incident, a Lamborghini Gallardo has become a victim of a massive fire.
Seeing the condition of this exotic car, we must say that damage is mere an understatement. The fire resulted due to alleged engine malfunction and left the car in ashes. The $150,000 car was devoured by flames in Tampa, Florida, few days back, after an engine failure, happened whilethe car was test driven and immediately stopped near a parking lot of a local restaurant.
Luckily, nobody was injured in the incident, as the restaurant was evacuated on time by the Tampa Fire Rescue team. The Supercar was driven by a 32-year old driver, who was test driving the car and saw flames coming out of the car's rear end. Interested to buy the car, the driver immediately stopped the car at the parking lot and called 911.
