Volkswagen India recently went through a top-level management change as Mahesh Kodumudi, President and MD of Volkswagen India replaced Gerasimos Dorizas, who held the seat of chief representative of Volkswagen Group India. Mr. Dorizas stepped down from his position due to some personal reasons.

Mahesh Kodumudi, President and Managing Director of Volkswagen India, is already in charge of the factory shop-floor and now he will take over has the head of Volkswagen India.

Though Volkswagen group's premium brands, Audi, Lamborghini and Porsche are performing well but the mass market brands, Volkswagen and Skoda have registered a downfall in sales graph.

Hope, this re-shuffle proves out to be a positive change for the company.
