Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) is offering a couple of industry first guarantees on its Bolero Pik-Up range in the country. The company has announced ace Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpai to be the face of the new “India Ke no. 1 Pick Up ka Vaada” campaign for the SUV range. Mahindra Bolero Pik-Up has been the leader in its segment for the past 15 years with over 10 lakh customers. The home-grown automaker has several first to its name in the pick-up segment, be it the first AC Pick up, first CNG Pick up or the first Micro Hybrid Pick up.

Speaking on this first of its kind guarantee in the pick-up segment, Veejay Ram Nakra, Chief Sales & Marketing, Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. said, “As the leaders in the pick-up segment for over 15 years, it has always been our endeavour to enhance our Customer Value Proposition. Today, we are set to raise the bar further through a set of disruptive and unprecedented after-sales guarantees in our flagship Bolero Pik-Up brands, through ‘India’s No.1 Pick-up ka Vaada’. Speaking of the ‘India ke No. 1 Pick Up Ka Vaada’ offer, it comes with two guarantee packages: Minimum Rs. 4 lakh buyback value after 4 years and Free maintenance for 2 years. The former is an industry first assured buyback value which protects the customer’s interest by reducing the total ownership cost and increasing the profitability over a 4 year lifecycle, while the latter ensures that customer expenses for “Periodic Maintenance Schedule (PMS)” is nil for a period of two years which translates into higher savings for customers. In addition, the company is also offering a service guarantee within two hours, with the promise of Rs. 750 cashback in case of any delay. Further, the bumper to bumper standard warranty has been increased from 1 year to 2 years/ 1 Lac kms.
