Mahindra & Mahindra had launched the Bolero Power+ Special Edition ahead of the festive season of Diwali in the country. Now, the company has released a video of this edition to showcase its various exterior and interior features.

The home-grown automaker had introduced the Bolero Power+ in order to see a surge in sales. Mahindra Bolero range starts at Rs 7.86 Lakhs (Ex. Showroom, Delhi).

Being based on the SLX variant, Mahindra Bolero Power+ Special Edition comes with a handful of cosmetic updates in form of special scuff plates, steering wheel cover, stop lamp with a rear spoiler, fog lamps with black surrounding, etc. to name a few. In addition, it also has a Special Edition logo on decals, seat covers, and carpet mats.

The Bolero has made a special name for itself in all these years among the masses, especially in rural markets. The SUV can be availed in several seating configurations while also deployed in para-military and other security service operations.

Mahindra had made significant updates to the structure of Bolero in order to meet the full-frontal crash, offset frontal and side-impact crash test regulations which will come into effect from this month.

Mahindra Bolero Power+ safety features include driver-side airbag, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), reversing sensors, high-speed alert, front seatbelt reminder, etc. Under the hood, it has the same 1.5L 3-cylinder mHawk D70 turbocharged diesel engine which develops 70bhp at 3600rpm and 195Nm at 1400rpm. The engine is linked to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
