Mahindra launches Centuro front disk variant at INR 51,300

Mahindra recently launched the front disk variant of the Centuro commuter motorcycle. The new front disk variant is priced at the INR 51,300 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and is the costliest among the whole line-up of the manufacturer. While other variants are Centuro O1, N1 and Rockstar which are all priced below the new disk variant. Mahindra showcased the front disk variant of the Centuro at the last year’s Auto-Expo. The motorcycle is powered from the 106.7cc air-cooled, single-cylinder MCI-5 engine that makes around 8.4bhp of power @7000rpm and 8.5Nm of torque at 5500rpm. The engine is mated to a 4-speed transmission.

The rear braking comes from a 130mm drum-brake unit. Mahindra Centuro is one of those entry level commuter motorcycle that is equipped with a bunch of features including anti-theft alarm, digital display unit and remote flip-key. Now Centuro joins the league of those entry-level motorcycles that is equipped with front disk brakes, the other entry-level commuter motorycles in India featuring front disk are the Honda CB Twister, Bajaj Discover 100 M and the Hero Passion Pro.

Centuro Rockstar Kick Alloy - INR 43,000,

Centuro Rockstar - INR 45,300,

Centuro N1 – INR 48,100, and

Centuro O1 – 51,000.

All prices in the list above are ex-showroom Delhi.
