Mansory, the Germany based luxury car modifier is known to give performance as well as visual upgrades to luxury cars. Their work includes cars like Mercedes, Range Rovers, Rolls Royce and much more. And now they have put their hands on the Range Rover Sport, making it more aggressive and powerful. Mansory has launched a comprehensive customization program for the Range Rover Sport.
Starting from the outside, the Range Rover Sport has been added with a newly developed body kit made from carbon fiber. The kit includes front & rear fender extensions, side mirror caps, rear skirt, diffuser, D-pillars, and for the prominent roof-mounted spoiler. The updated bespoke front spoiler now incorporates new LED daytime running lights and the hood is brand new. There's also a new set of massive 23-inch alloy wheels.
Step inside the cabin and you will notice a tow tone black and blue theme, making it sportier. The dashboard and panels inside get a fair dose of carbon fibre accents along with illuminated door sills and sporty aluminium pedals. To complete the look, Range Rover Sport by Mansory will get premium leather upholstery and wrapped steering.
To support the all mean and aggressive looking exteriors and interiors, Mansory has made changes to the engines too. Mansory has added a power boost kit to the supercharged 5.0-litre V8 engine that can be tweaked to 620 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque). Compare it to the Range Rover Sport SVR, which is rated at 550 hp and 680 Nm, this is a huge power bump.
Mansory has also fiddled with the turbodiesel 4.4-litre SDV8 unit that can now deliver 380 hp and 800 Nm. Earlier figures stood at 339 hp and 740 Nm. While the performance figures are not yet clear, it is confirmed that the 5.0 V8 will go faster than 260 kmph with a 0-100 kmph in less than 4 seconds. As for the SDV8, expect 0-100 kmph in under 6.5 seconds with a top speed of 225kmph.
