Maruti Suzuki Baleno Facelift model launch was in January 2019. The car got a BS-VI compliant engine, the 1.2L VVT Petrol, and a mild-hybrid 1.2L DualJet Petrol in April 2019. Maruti Baleno has the 1.0L Boosterjet petrol unit in the Baleno RS and the 1.3L diesel engine as BS-IV compliant. Maruti plans to discontinue both these engine variants soon.
