Maruti introduces Limited Editions - Swift Silver Plus & DZire Regalia

Snapshot: Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL), the country's largest automaker, seeing the festive season inching closer, has launched special editions of two of its cars Swift and Swift DZire in form of Swift Silver Plus and Swift Dzire Regalia, respectively.

Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL), the country's largest automaker, seeing the festive season inching closer, has launched special editions of two of its cars Swift and Swift DZire in form of Swift Silver Plus and Swift Dzire Regalia, respectively. Both the Limited Edition Swift Silver Plus and Swift Dzire Regalia come with several added features and at a sticker price of Rs. 4.66 Lakhs and Rs. 5.13 Lakhs (Ex. Showroom, Delhi).

The Swift Dzire Regalia edition features signature leather wrinkled seat covers, body graphic kit with decals, reverse parking sensors, designer floor mats, and interior styling kit. It offers a benefit of upto Rs. 5000 to the buyers with so much added luxury as the individual market price of the aforementioned accessories is Rs. 18,810 whereas Maruti is offering them on an extra price of Rs. 13,800. On the other hand, the Swift Silver Plus edition boasts additional features in form of premium neck pillow and back cushion, seat and steering wheel covers, mobile holder cum charger, reverse parking sensors, and Sony stereo and speakers. It facilitates a buyer by saving a sum of upto Rs. 4245 as the individual market value of the aforesaid products is around Rs. 41,745 while the company is providing the Sliver Plus Edition Kit at Rs. 27,500. In all, a buyer is benefited by Rs. 30,010 and Rs. 44,245 on DZire Regalia Edition and Swift Silver Plus Edition.

Mechanically, as known, Maruti Swift and Swift DZire come in both petrol and diesel fuel trims. The petrol variants are powered by a 1.2-litre K-Series engine which generates 85bhp and 114Nm of top torque. The diesel variants come loaded with a 1.3-litre multi-jet mill that develops 74bhp of maximum power and 190Nm of top torque with both these Swift siblings.
