Maruti Suzuki proudly announces that it has achieved the milestone sales figure of six lakhs automatic cars. Of the six lakhs, the year 2018-19 accounts for two lakh cars. Maruti has 12 car models that come with automatic transmission options. These options include Auto Gear Shift (AGS), Automatic Transmission (AT), and Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT).

Other models that come equipped with the AGS option are the Alto K-10, Wagon R, Swift, Vitara Brezza, S-Presso, Ignis, and Dzire. The Maruti models that come with AT are the Ciaz, Ertiga, and the recently introduced XL6. The Baleno is the only model that features a CVT option.

The MD and CEO of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, Mr. Kenichi Ayukawa reiterate the company’s commitment towards providing the best customer service to its clients in the Indian market. The provision of advanced technologies is one of the critical aspects of customer service.

As on dare, the Alto K-10 is the most affordable Maruti model equipped with auto transmission. The automatic Maruti Alto K-10 starting price is Rs 4.38 lakhs. The Maruti XL6 Alpha AT with a base price of Rs 11.46 lakhs is at the other end of the spectrum.
