The home grown automajor, Maruti Suzuki has inaugurated “MyNEXA Concierge” airport display and lounge for its customers at Terminal 3, Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi. This is the one of a kind initiative by any premium auto-brand in India. Offering exclusive services, MyNEXA Concierge will give the best of hospitality services to its customers - high-speed internet, iPads, – a dedicated seating place to relax and a choice of food & beverages.
During the inauguration, Mr R S Kalsi, Executive Director, Marketing & Sales, Maruti Suzuki India Limitedsaid, “MyNEXA Concierge” airport display and lounge is an initiative which helps us create another touch point to engage and connect with our customers. “MyNEXA Concierge” represents our desire to create new and unique experiences for customers. We are committed to introduce distinctive initiatives, as NEXA redefines the purchase and ownership experience of customers.”
Adjacent to “MyNEXA Concierge” a car display area will be open to all travelling out of Delhi and may like to get familiarised with the NEXA Experience. The décor of the lounge has been carry forward the NEXA ambience with the same black and white prestige monochrome theme, enhancing the interiors and brings focus on the display car. The Concierge area is spread over 900 sqft.
Recently, Maruti Suzuki’s Nexa completed one year of operations in the country. The Company has planned several activities that go beyond the showroom and cars, while the brand also plans to curate new experiences around fashion & lifestyle, music and travel and connect with its customers.
