Maruti Suzuki kicked off an all-new initiation mobile Nexa terminal, to keep its commitment of getting close to the customer and further taking the Nexa experience in the region where it is presently not available. The Mobile Nexa terminal will reach out to all the existing as well as prospective customers across the country, giving them an opportunity to experience Nexa.
Maruti Suzuki’s key focus is on reaching out to the customer as well as closer and providing the same Nexa experience offered at the any Nexa showroom, where this mobile terminal will come with all the basic necessities and quintessence nature of the Nexa in such a mobile environment. This mobile terminal will help the brand to connect with customers in that part of the country where there is no Nexa outlet.
Moreover, in order to engage customers, Maruti Suzuki earlier launched an advanced telematics solution named as 'Suzuki Connect' that would be on board at all the Nexa retail showroom in the country. With 'Suzuki Connect', the company has already taken its step ahead for customer’s ease to get an enhancing experience of emergency alerts, live vehicle status, vehicle tracking and can also make preventive maintenance calls.
Since its inception, Maruti Suzuki’s premium dealership channel – Nexa, has taken a leap in India and moreover, in a short span of time, Nexa accounts for more than 20 percent of the total sales. Maruti Suzuki has opened over 360 dealership outlets in more than 200 cities and nonetheless, the homegrown car manufacturer has been added with over 9 lakh customers through Nexa experience. Currently, the Nexa dealership network retails Ciaz, Baleno, S-Cross and Ignis in India.
