India’a largest carmaker Maruti Suzuki has announced a new customer-centric initiative called ‘Monsoon Fit Check’ where customers can get their cars checked for free by trained service professionals. The motive of the campaign is to educate their existing customers about periodic maintenance of their cars, promoted extensively via the campaign tagline - “Be Aware for Safety and Complete Car Care.”
Under the initiative, service professionals will also be recommending the car parts that needs to be replaced, so that the customers can enjoy a hassle free monsoon. Apart from the check-up, the automaker will also provide ‘wiper kits’ developed by their parts division and will offer them at a special price for the customers attending the campaign.
The ‘Monsoon Fit Check’ campaign will be conducted across all Maruti Suzuki dealerships in the country and will remain active until the end of the season. Commenting on the campaign, Pankaj Narula, executive director, Maruti Suzuki said, “Maruti Suzuki is committed towards high quality customer service, which yields top vehicle performance and safety. The monsoon season is just one of the several opportunities to connect, engage and educate on importance of vehicles maintenance and safety. With ‘Monsoon Fit check-up’ we expect to target our large customers base and provide them with the maximum benefit and services. Such campaigns also helps us to drive in customers who may have been little inactive in getting their Maruti Suzuki cars serviced regularly.”
