India’s largest passenger car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki is organising a month long periodic maintenance service campaign for all its existing customers. The month long service campaign has been started from today in order to promote timely maintenance and service of all Maruti Suzuki cars.
This periodic service campaign is running in 560 Maruti Suzuki dealerships across 50 Indian cities, which makes sure most of the Maruti cars get the needed care and treatment. The Japanese company is looking to reach out over 1.6 lakhs customer with the help of this campaign. This initiative would also encourage owners to maintain their cars regularly, which would increase the life of car and would help to run the car problem free.
The customers are also encouraged to pre book their service appointment via the Maruti Care app or by calling the service center, as it would help the service centers to be prepared with needed spares which will lower the waiting time for the customers. The Maruti Suzuki service campaign would be environment friendly with waterless car wash, which would help to conserve water as some parts of the country are facing a massive water crunch.
According to the Executive Director MSIL, Mr. Pankaj Narula, periodic maintenance is most crucial as it helps to be safe and comfortable while on the road. Regular maintenance helps to reduce the cost of the ownership on the long run, with increased life span.
Maruti Suzuki is a big player in the mass market and it sells cars more than any other manufacturer in India. Their portfolio consists cars like Alto 800, Ritz, Swift, Alto K10, Celerio, Ciaz, Dzire, Baleno and Vitara Brezza. In addition, Maruti Suzuki is soon expected to launch its all new compact crossover, the Ignis in India, which should increase the company’s market share even more.
