Maruti Suzuki launches new customization feature iCreate

Snapshot: The company has launched this programme only for Vitara Brezza for now, if the demand increases then the company might offer personalization for other models from its stable as well.

India’s largest passenger car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki is offering an unique car customization programme which is named as iCreate. For now only the customers of the company’s latest offering Vitara Brezza would be benefitted through this program, where they can install the accessories they desire for directly from the manufacturer. The company has launched this programme only for Vitara Brezza for now, if the demand increases then the company might offer personalization for other models from its stable as well.

According to Maruti Suzuki the customers of Brezza spends nearly Rs. 24,000 on average for some modifications at the dealer level. Now with the iCreate programme customers can opt for exciting new paint jobs, modified headlamps and tail lamps, body graphics, designer alloy wheels when it comes to the exterior. Customers can also opt for modified interiors where they can seat cover colours, designs differently styled floor mats. Additionally, the iCreate programme also offers  to include TV sets, DVD players and additional speakers for rear occupants. 

There are nearly 90 accessories to choose from and all those can be combined in various style to make your car stand out even in crowd. For now the customization option is only available at the dealership level, which might be available online near future.

The company launched the compact SUV Vitara Brezza in India, seven months ago and has already sold more than 50,000 units. The Vitara Brezza is powered by Maruti’s favourite 1.3-liter fiat sourced turbocharged diesel mill, which produces 89bhp of power and 200nm of torque for great driveability. The engine is coupled with a 5-speed manual transmission which sends all the power to the front wheels of this baby SUV. For now Vitara Brezza commands massive waiting period of up to 6 months.
