Maruti Suzuki Set To Launch 'Suzuki Connect' In India Soon

India’s leading auto giant, Maruti Suzuki India will soon introduce a new online platform called ‘Suzuki Connect’. In this digital-savvy era, the mobile application will play a key role in cementing customers’ relationship with the brand. The new mobile application is expected to offer an array of services to the customers. Customers can not only avail several services, but the mobile app will assist them in finding or locating a dealership, helping with a car’s details, perform in-car checks, booking a service, etc. It will also help customers connect with the helpline and customer care services during emergency situations.

The smartphone application will be available for iOS and Android users. They simply need to subscribe it to benefit from the services offered under it. In addition to the above mentioned services, the mobile application will offer a bunch of other functions such as car maintenance checks like battery conditions and detecting problem real time, locating the car when parked in a congested space, etc.

Interested customers can buy the Maruti Suzuki Connect device from an authorized Maruti Suzuki dealers in your locality. The mobile app is expected to be compatible with most of the Maruti models. It is a 360 degree connected platform with assisted navigation via operator services.

The company is expected to use a dedicated operator service for answering queries and to offer a personalized experience to its customers. Users can benefit from the live traffic update notifications and an exhaustive list of offline maps that can help customers to rear destination without any problem.

The Maruti Suzuki Connect mobile app is also expected to come with the integrated vehicle maintenance with ePayment. The transparency will be maintained through regular service reminders, online services appointment and live service status. In addition, the 24x7 road side assistance is another major service that can be enabled through the app.
