Maruti Suzuki XL6 gets new 16” alloy wheels and gains a premium look.
The premium look gives a macho feeling to the Maruti Suzuki XL6.
Despite the automobile slowdown, Maruti Suzuki XL6 had a decent start to its campaign. The distinct features like Captain seats in the middle row and the 15” alloy wheels along with the 6-seat layout made it an attractive MPV. This vehicle, based on the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, looks more macho than its parent version because of the higher set hood that gives the driver a commanding view of the road ahead.
Now, Maruti Suzuki has gone one step further by replacing the 15” alloy wheels with 16” alloy wheels and a blackened roof to give it a premium appearance.
Other additions include faux skid plates on the bumpers and the chrome embellishments on the grille with black plastic cladding. The premium roof rail and the tailgate trim add to the beauty of the car. The attractive feature is that the Maruti Suzuki XL6 is available in two additional color shades, Dignity Brown and Nexa Blue.
The Maruti Suzuki XL6 features a K15B 1.5L petrol engine to deliver a power of 104.7ps and torque of 138Nm. Two transmission options, the 4-speed torque converter auto, and the 5-speed manual are available. The SVHS mild-hybrid technology boosts the overall mileage of the Maruti Suzuki XL6.
Priced in the range Rs 9.79 to 11.46 lakhs, the Maruti Suzuki XL6 is available at the Nexa outlets. The vehicle is available in the Alpha, and Zeta trims corresponding to Maruti Suzuki Ertiga’s ZXI+ and ZXI. However, the additional features make the Maruti Suzuki XL6 different from the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga.
