The Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza Facelift is finally ready for an unveil on 6th February at Auto Expo 2020. As Autoportal has reported earlier too, the Vitara Brezza Facelift will have interior and exterior upgrades as well as a few engine changes.
The Vitara Brezza biggest upgrade would be a BS6 1.5-litre petrol power train and the 1.3-litre diesel engine will be replaced. However, the 1.5-litre K15B petrol unit will be the same as the Maruti Ertiga and Maruti Ciaz have. The K15B petrol engine will produce a peak power of 105 hp and a max torque of 138 Nm.
The new Vitara Brezza engine will be a 1.5-litre petrol engine, which will be mated with a five-speed manual transmission. The four-speed automatic gearbox will be available on top variants.
The 2020 Vitara Brezza exterior changes include a wider front bonnet, which will be divided into 2 sections. Now, it will have bigger fog lamps and a headlamp unit. The size and shape of the headlamp will remain the same, though, new changes include chrome inserts and a bigger bottom LED daytime running light.
Additionally, the Vitara Brezza Facelift will receive the front and rear bumpers’ faux skid plates, and black alloy wheels (mid-spec variants). The top ZXI+ variant will come with diamond-cut alloy wheels as well as LED fog lamps.
Speaking of the rear, there will be LED tail-lamp inserts and an LED turn-indicator lamp that provide this SUV stunning looks.
Recently, Vitara Brezza has crossed the 5,00,000 sales mark and became the second best-selling mid-size SUV in the Indian market.
