Maxxis India organised a dealership meet in Chennai for all its registered sellers and the conference saw the participation of 48 dealerships from Chennai, Kanchipuram, Tiruvannamalai and Tiruvallur areas, who were updated on Maxxis Group’s world-class tyres developed for a variety of applications in India, along with the offer of best-in-the-industry warranty policy and an easy and clear claim resolution process.
Maxxis India is the Indian wing of the Maxxis Group, which is one of the world’s rapidly expanding tyre companies.
Commenting on this occasion, Mr Bing-Lin Wu, Retail Sales Head at Maxxis India, said, “Our growth trajectory in India has been quite worthwhile. In a short span of around two years, we have achieved several milestones, one of them being setting up a strong infrastructure of more than 1500 dealers in less than a year’s time. South India being a crucial market from auto OEM standpoint, our current network of over 600 dealers and more than 130 dealers in Chennai alone will play a major role in driving growth.”

All the owners cum representatives of respective dealerships were led by Ms. Chattima, owner of KBG Intertrade Pvt Ltd – which is Maxxis India’s exclusive distributor for Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu and Mr. Harsh Chordia of Voitto Distributors which is Maxxis India’s sub-distributor for regions in Tamil Nadu such as Chennai, Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur and Tiruvannamalai. The sellers were updated on the brand new products and latest solutions provided by Maxxis India, comprising of the best-in-the-industry 5+1 unconditional warranty with Maxxis two-wheeler tyres. The unconditional warranty offer is a no-questions-asked scheme which is applicable to all unfixable and unserviceable tyres. Also in the course of this dealership meet, the sellers were also informed of several dealers offers like incentive schemes and programmes.
Maxxis India had launched its first production facility in Sanand, Gujarat in March 2018 and the company aims to obtain a 15% market share of India’s 2-wheeler tyre market in a span of 5 years. The company aims to erect five more facilities in India that will also provide to the four-wheeler tyre market. The Indian market is believed to be a crucial one in achieving Maxxis Group’s vision to be one of the top 5 tyre producers in the world by 2026.
