Mercedes Benz inaugurates its Mangalore workshop with promises of providing the best for their customers

With a strong team of 15 professionally trained staff and an overall investment of as much as Rs 5.50 crore, the workshop will provide periodic maintenance, general repairs, value added services and diagnosis for the Mercedes cars.

German luxury car maker Mercedes-Benz inaugurated its 6th workshop in Mangalore. The workshop has been named as Sundaram Motors Mangalore and is located in Bangalore Highway, BC Road. The luxury car workshop was inaugurated by Santosh Iyer who is the Vice President of After Sales and Retail Training, Mercedes-Benz India and Sharath Vijayaraghavan, Executive Director, Sundaram Motors.

Mr. Sharath Vijayaraghavan, Executive Director, Sundaram Motors commented that they take immense pride in being associated with the iconic Three pointed Star for over 15 years in India. This world-class workshop is dedicated to enhance the superlative ownership experience that comes with owning a Mercedes-Benz. The workshop can service 150 cars in a month. It is also equipped with the innovative new ‘Digital Service Drive’, which aims to make the servicing process of the cars hassle free.

As a part of network expansion, Mangalore workshop is the 6th workshop that has been inaugurated this year. The company already has 86 outlets across 40 Indian cities.
