Mercedes Benz India has launched Mobilo - a unique & convenient 24X7 customer assistance service - in the country. Mobilo is available in two derivatives: Mobilo Plus and Mobilo Lite. starting for as low as Rs. 3999/- (Inclusive of all taxes), Mobilo Plus is complimentary for the customers up to three years of vehicle purchase and can be bought from the 4th to 8th year of the life of the car, while ‘Mobilo Lite’ is a complimentary service offered by authorized dealers for 365 days from the last periodic service availed.
Mobilo is a 24*7 On-Road Assistance program from Mercedes-Benz to support its customers in the event of a mishap, breakdown, accident or vandalism of the car. It includes Complimentary Roadside Repairs, Complimentary Towing, Complimentary Taxi Service up to 50 km from breakdown location, Replacement Vehicle, Onward/Return Travel, Hotel Accommodation for maximum 3 nights and Legal Advice & Medical Coordination, as required. The The Mobilo Lite service is designed for those customers, who carry out their periodic maintenance at least once a year with a Mercedes-Benz authorized service centre and is valid up to one year from the date of last Periodic Maintenance Service.
Mobilo covers mechanical, electrical or accidental Breakdown, battery problems, and fuel problems such as out of fuel, contaminated fuel or incorrect fuel. In addition, the key problems like Locked Keys, Lost Keys or Broken Keys and Tyre Problems like Puncture, Bolts or Valve-Related issues are also covered in Mobilo. In case of Road Traffic Incident where the vehicle is immobilized, one can avail Mobilo.
