German luxury carmaker Mercedes-Benz is celebrating a milestone of selling 10 million C-Class sedans on road globally. To celebrate this achievement, Mercedes Benz India is all set to launch a new Celebratory Edition of the car on 12th November.
Since it's just a celebratory edition, there will be no mechanical changes given to the car. It will continue to come in both 1.8-litre petrol and 2.2-litre diesel engine options. However, there is also an AMG edition with 6.2-litre petrol mill, we aren't expecting any change on that.
The changes that the Mercedes Benz C Class Celebratory Edition is expected to receive are a slightly improved front grille, new Celebratory edition badges and few interior changes. Newly designed alloy wheels could also be on offer with the celebratory edition. Inside the cabin, there could be bespoke upholstery and celebratory edition badges. While in terms of equipment, a push start-stop button and an improved audio system could be seen in the Celebratory Edition.
The company hasn't yet announced the pricing of the new edition, but we expect it to be priced little over Rs 50,000-60,000 than the regular variants.
