Mercedes-Benz India that recently took over as the second largest selling luxury car brand in India leaving the BMW behind, is now focussing on network expansion and after-sales service to create a 'fascinating brand experience'. In a bid to expand its reach in Uttar Pradesh, Mercedes-Benz has inaugrated a new dealership, Smart Hoops in Lucknow, the capital of state. Now with this new facility, Mercedes-Benz India has a total 57 outlets spread across 32 cities.
Smart hoops Lucknow was inagurated by Mercedes-Benz India's Managing Director and CEO, Eberhard Kern and Neeraj Agarwal, Managing Director, SRM Smart Hoops Pvt Ltd in the presence of Boris Fitz, Vice President, Sales & Network Development, Mercedes-Benz India. This sate-of-art dealership is located at Uttardhauna on Faizabad Road and is spread over an area of 23,000 sq. ft. of showroom and 25,000 sq. ft. of workshop.
