With the exciting cars unveiled at the 2016 New York Auto Show, British premium brand MINI showcased its top-ranking John Cooper Works Convertible. Though, the car has already made its debut in January, but this is the first public debut for the MINI John Cooper Works Convertible. Moreover, the car will go on sale in U.S market from April 2016.
Speaking of the looks, the new MINI John Cooper Works Convertible is identical to the standard hatchback with the exception of the retractable soft top. The front fascia of the new MINI features signature racing stripes along with the new honeycomb grille, aggressive bumper housing large air intakes and a three-piece air dam. Further, going through the side profile you'll find stylish oval ORVMs, plastic under body cladding on the overhangs, small side skirt, and JCW-specific 17-inch wheels. Embodying the pure definition of a niche model, the range-topping convertible Mini was revealed back in January, but it’s only now the car is receiving the proper attention at a car show.

When upgraded to the automatic and the task is completed in 6.3 seconds, representing a decrease of half a second compared to the old one.
