Mitsubishi passenger vehicles' Kolkata, West Bengal based Shah Automobiles has come up with one-off its kind 120-minute Xpress Service initiative, so to give the cozy feel to the customers while their cars are being serviced. The dealership launched a 120 minute Xpress service, which along with promising to get the car serviced in 120 minutes, allow customers to enjoy a furnished lounge and relax.
The specially face-lifted 12,000 Sq feet service facility at the dealership was inaugurated by Mr. Uttam Bose, Managing Director & CEO of Hindustan Motors Ltd. Also, present on the occasion was Mr. P. Vijayan, COO of Hindustan Motors’ Chennai car plant where Mitsubishi vehicles are built.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Uttam Bose said, “We have always tried innovative and effective ways to delight our customers. The revitalized facility will welcome the customers to a furnished lounge where they may relax and enjoy while their vehicle gets overhauled within 120 minutes. The reception area promises to the customer novel experience of inspecting his vehicle even as it is being worked upon. The relaxed customer can then drive back home in a freshly serviced vehicle.
The dealership that also has in-house body shop, believes that the upgraded paint booth will now provide best of repair and painting facility in the city. And now with the increased and well-trained manpower, the dealership will be able service 10 cars a day instead of six as earlier.
