In what seems to be a troubling situation, MV Agusta has lost its license to sell its motorcycles in the state of California in USA. As a result, the company has been asked not to sell its latest machinery in the state. Although the mystry of the unsold old machines remains unsolved.

The license apparently lapsed at the end of July 2013, and even though the company is reportedly working on improving the situation, it might take a few months to make it happen. California was one of the biggest markets for MV Agusta and not being allowed to do business there could mean a serious hit on their sales figures.
