Here’s an app that will be useful for VW customers. The German carmaker has just launched a new smartphone app for its customers on iOS and Android devices which will help them ease sales and after sales process like routine servicing in the Indian car market.

If you are not a customer but want to buy a VW car then, the app can be used to book a test drive with a dealership, get information about prevailing prices and any schemes or offer which are currently going on. All this can be done at the touch of an icon on your smart phone without going to the dealer. In addition prospective customers can also get their queries addressed, and also get all updates on Volkswagen’s India line-up of cars.

The new Volkswagen app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or Apple iTunes Store. Both versions are also available on www.volkswagen.co.in for easy download.

According to Michael Mayer, Director, VW Passenger Cars, Volkswagen Group Sales India Pvt. Ltd, this app will enable customers to connect directly with the brand and help develop an element of satisfaction in the long run.
