New Tata Harrier Dual-Tone Shade Launched in India at Rs 16.76 lakh

Snapshot: Tata Motors launched the dual tone version of the Tata Harrier SUV in India at a price of Rs 16.76 lakh (Ex-showroom); will come with two exterior colours.

Tata Motors has launched a dual-tone version of its recently launched and most talked about SUV – Tata Harrier at a sticker price of Rs 16.76 lakh. Tata Motors is offering the dual tone version only on the XZ variant of the model. Tata Motors has been known for its low pricing strategy that gives a stand against the top-end MG Hector Sharp variant, priced at Rs 16.88 lakh (All-prices, Ex-showroom, Delhi).

Tata Harrier price for dual-tone is Rs 20,000 pricier than the regular XZ variant; however, there is the choice of two dual-tones Orcus White as well as Calisto Copper with black rooftop. That apart, Tata Harrier is available in five exterior mono-tone colours - Ariel Silver, Thermisto Gold, Calisto Copper, Orcus White and Telesto Grey. The Orcus White is the only option for the buyers opting for the Tata Harrier XE base trim.

As far as the update on the Tata Harrier specification list is concerned, the SUV still gets the Fiat-sourced 2.0-litre Kryotec diesel engine, but in coming time the SUV will come packed with a BS VI compliant that would make more power compared to the existing model. Recently, Tata Harrier prices have increased and now the price range between Rs 13 lakh to 16.56 lakh (Ex-showroom, Delhi).

Tata Motors is also planning to launch a seven-seat version of the Tata Harrier that was also showcased at the 2019 Geneva motor show named as – ‘Buzzard’. The Tata Harrier seven-seat configurated version will compete against the bigger MG Hector, likely to launch next year.
